The deliveries will be sent by post or courier service to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order. Invoicing is done by email or by post. With the dispatch the use and risk are transferred to the customer, as far as this is legally permissible.
If the delivery is undeliverable or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Swisssticker may terminate the contract by e-mailing the customer and setting an appropriate deadline and charging the costs for the activities.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which Swisssticker warrants immediately in writing by letter or email.
If Swisssticker verifies the returned goods that the goods show no identifiable defects or they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Swisssticker may charge the customer for the work, the return or the possible disposal.
