Payment

swissSticker accepts the following payment methods:

 

(i)   Postcard

(ii)   PayPal

We accept this following Card: Post. Your card will not be charged until your order has left our warehouse. In case of payment through PayPal, the amount will be charged the day of the order. When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to your bank or PayPal account. If the customer defaults on payment, swissSticker can charge default interest of 5% per year and a reminder fee of up to CHF 20 per reminder. The products delivered to the customer remain the property of swissSticker until full payment has been made. 

 

Delivery, Inspection obligation, noftification of defects

The deliveries are sent to the customer by post or courier at the specified delivery address. Invoicing is done by email or by post. With the shipping are use and danger in the customer over is available. The customer can send the contract by email and the delivery cannot be delivered or refuses to send the contract by email.The customer is obliged to deliver the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If the returned goods are checked by Swisssticker and the goods do not have any identifiable defects or are not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, Swisssticker can invoice the customer for the activities, the return or any disposal.
